For the first time in the history of Champions League football there are five English teams through to the knockout phase. Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have all qualified for the round of sixteen, which will be played over two legs in February/March 2018.
In the Europa League, Arsenal topped Group H to secure their place in the round of thirty two, where they’ll be joined by Celtic who failed to make it out of Champions League Group B.
Broadcast RF in conjunction with Telegenic have supplied multiple RF camera systems for BT Sport for each of the twenty four home fixtures in England and Scotland so far this season, and will now be involved in at least another seven after such a successful spell of football for our domestic teams.
The fate of those who are through will be decided on Monday 11th December at UEFA headquarters in Nyon when the Champions League and Europa League draws are held.
