This weekend the FA Community Shield returned to Wembley Stadium on Sunday 2nd August, where Premier League champions Chelsea faced FA Cup winners Arsenal. Televised live on BT Sport, Broadcast RF were on hand to bring you all of the action.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s scored the only goal of the match as Arsenal recorded a 1-0 win over their London rivals. Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho refused to shake hands with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger after suffering his first defeat to the Frenchman’s side for the first time in fourteen fixtures, before throwing his losers medal into the crowd.
Two HD wireless radio camera systems were supplied by Broadcast RF, operating inside the stadium capturing footage which was shown live on the big screens as Arsenal claimed their third piece of pre-season silverware alongside the Asia Trophy and Emirates Cup.
The result will leave football fans across the country excited for the 2015/16 Premier League season which kicks off in just under a week at Old Trafford as Manchester United host Tottenham Hotspur.
