Broadcast RF were on hand using a HD Wireless Camera to film the premiere of the latest part of the sequel to the Mission Impossible films, Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol, making this the fourth instalment of the series so far, which took place on Wednesday.
The film, which was released on the 21st December, is said to be the highest grossing film series since Harry Potter’s series finale earlier this year and to be watched by more people than Breaking Dawn the second to last instalment of The Twilight Saga.
MI4 matches expectations when Cruise leaps out of a window from the 100th floor of the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai, which happens to be the tallest building in the world. With a gripping storyline and amazing script it’s the must see film of the season. Broadcast RF were on hand to cover the full circumference of the IMAX cinema, working flawlessly to cover every part of the red carpet walk into the cinema. As well as supplying the HD Wireless Camera, Broadcast RF also supplied a HD point to point link feeding the British Film Institute the pictures from the OB truck as it was used as an overflow to the IMAX. The HD pictures were rock solid providing the clientele in the overflow cinema a chance to see what was happening outside.
Steve Bonich, Video Europe stated:
Broadcast RF is always my first port of call for anything RF. When I employ the RF experts, it just works and I have no need to worry about my wireless cameras. They are my preferred suppliers for RF and also deliver the perfect solution at a reasonable price. Why would I go elsewhere, it just would not make sense?
