Broadcast RF’s unique 3D Wireless Camera System was used at the final of Strictly Come Dancing this December.
This nail biting final saw Harry Judd, Chelsee Healy and Jason Donovan battle it out in 3D to win the sparkling glitter ball trophy.
The 3D experiment was done as a way of supporting this years Children in Need. Using a 3D Wireless Camera Broadcast RF were on hand to film the finalists final dances, broadcasting the final to anyone lucky enough to be watching this trial phenomenon.
All three of the contestants prepared four dances each, a judges choice, a show dance, a new dance and their favourite dance of the series. After each couple danced their first two dances the couple who had received the lowest amount of votes would then be announced which this year ended up being Jason Donovan breaking the mould, it seemed to be tradition that the couple that danced third never got through to the final 2, Jason and his partner Kristina danced second this year proving that anything can happen, leaving Harry and Chelsee to battle it out for the trophy. It all ended with a bang as Harry Judd won this years competition.
